Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) https://www.jssa.org/get-help/seniors/ offers grieving support groups, hospice care, and a host of counseling and support services.
Transitions, a free program offered by JSSA, provides caregiver support to persons who are in that “in-between” stage, before they might qualify medically for hospice. You can read more about Transitions here: https://www.jssa.org/services/hospice/caregiver-support/
